Architect Medha brings more than two decades of design expertise in creating luxury and premium residential spaces. Her work reflects a deep understanding of architecture, interiors, lifestyle needs, material sensibility, and refined detailing.

She has strong experience in designing individual luxury homes, villas, and premium residences for discerning clients, where every space is planned around comfort, elegance, function, and long-term value. Her design approach balances aesthetics with practical living, ensuring that each home feels personal, timeless, and thoughtfully crafted.

Alongside private residences, Medha also brings valuable expertise in builder and developer projects, including residential layouts, villas, model homes, show flats, and experience-driven design concepts. Her understanding of market needs, buyer expectations, current design trends, and sales-focused presentation helps developers create projects that are both visually appealing and commercially relevant.

Pavan brings more than two decades of expertise in luxury residential project execution, material selection, procurement, and project management. His strength lies in translating premium design concepts into well-coordinated, site-ready and buildable solutions.

He has strong experience in handling individual luxury homes, premium residences, villas, and high-end interiors, where careful material selection, cost awareness, execution detailing, vendor coordination, and site supervision play a critical role. His approach ensures that the final outcome reflects the intended design quality while remaining practical, durable, and well-executed.

Along with private residential projects, Pavan also has valuable experience in builder and developer projects, including villas, model homes, show flats, experience centres, and residential development concepts. His understanding of current market needs, buyer expectations, material trends, construction practicality, and project positioning helps KH create design-build solutions that are both premium and commercially relevant.
